The Australian Sports Foundation (ASF) works with sporting clubs and organisations of all sizes, across the country to raise money for Australian sport. The ASF Board had a vision to grow and reshape the ASF into the leading organisation for sports based philanthropy in Australia - it needed a transformation.

The Refugee Advice and Casework Service (RACS) organisation was established in 1987 thanks to funding from the UNHCR, to meet the increasing demand for legal assistance to people seeking asylum in Australia. RACS operates as an independent community legal centre, to provide free and specialist legal services for asylum seekers and refugees.
We were engaged by RACS to review their finance function, and to recommend appropriate changes.
