Sophie has been working in the not-for-profit sector for many years in roles that have covered business administration, project management, marketing and research. She began her work in the sector with the Australian Charities Fund (ACF) and most recently worked with People for Purpose. 

Sophie's most recent roles have involved implementing changes and improvements to various systems and processes. She has a passion for ensuring businesses are well-run and operating efficiently. 

Sophie also brings with her more than ten years corporate experience, culminating in a role as Marketing Manager for TMP Worldwide. Sophie is committed to helping create a stronger and more effective not-for-profit sector.
